I have been interested in birds, wildlife and photography for over  forty years. I have taken pictures of  places and  the birds I have been lucky enough to see.

I started with a Pentax K1000 + 400mm telephoto lens. When the age of digital came I switched to digiscoping which I still use with a Leica APO televid scope 20x eyepiece and Sony DSC W17. I also use a Pentax DSLR  for scenes, butterflies and birds if they are close enough.
 

My other passion is motorcycles I have been riding since I was 16 so don't be surprised if you see photographs of motorcycles mixed in.

One of my favourite places to birdwatch is Spain. Living in Gibraltar for 3 years, I loved the migration times the weather and the pace of life.

My aim is to take photographs of all the species I see which may prove difficult as some birds are not on view long enough!
